The CrossFit program is designed to be infinitely scaleable. That means that every workout can be modified in a way that helps individuals of any fitness level attain results. The same routines are used for a 60+ woman who’s never worked out as an 18 year old football player. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Each workout of the day, or WOD, is designed with intention. Our coaches are trained to help everyone modify their workouts in a way that accomplishes the objective and guides the individual one step closer to their goals. Everyone’s needs when it comes to fitness differ in degree, not kind. We all want to move better, feel better, look better, and build stronger minds and bodies. What makes CrossFit extra special is that we get to do that together. Even if you’re doing pull-ups and the athlete next to you is doing a modified movement that helps them work out the same muscles, you're doing it together. There’s something inspiring about growing personally while surrounded by others doing the same.
Each days workout is an hour and fifteen minutes max and consists of a group stretch, warm-up, instruction/direction from the coach, a slower paced strength or skill section and then a faster paced workout that can last anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes. Each day is different and exciting.
The hardest part of CrossFit is getting started. It’s just showing up that first day. But you don’t have to do that alone! We are here to help encourage you from the very beginning.

Discounted unlimited memberships are available for students, teachers, nurses, first responders, active and retired military as well as family members of other members at $125/month.
Our group classes are led by a certified coach and last no longer than an hour and fifteen minutes. They include a group stretch, warm-up, strength and/or skill-focused portion, and a faster-paced WOD that typically lasts between 5 and 25 minutes. In this five session program a certified coach will review the skills that make up the primary components of our training methodology in a relaxed environment. Each session will consist of a classroom style lesson on proper technique and form, followed by a brief workout that will help you utilize the information shared. Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete who would like to be "brought back to the basics", you are guaranteed to benefit from this program. CrossFit 101 sessions include: The Squat, The Pull, Overhead, Gymnastics and Nutrition. While group coaching is great at meeting the demands of a larger, diverse group of individuals, one on one coaching is the fastest, most effective way to meet your individual goals. Those individual goals may be weight loss, strength gain, technique improvement or you may simply prefer a more personal experience. One on one coaching sessions are available by appointment only. The cost of CrossFit Saraland is inexpensive compared to personal training at any one of the local corporate gyms. You aren’t paying for a typical gym membership.
