We created this environment to empower you to choose the life you want to lead. This is not a place where we keep machines for you to use - this is a place where we help you turn your body and mind into a highly functional and efficient machine. We accomplish this by training members in a small group setting rather than leaving you on your own with machines that can't provide positive and constructive feedback. Interested in watching one of our workouts or even participating in one prior to committing as a member? Arrive 15 minutes prior to one of our scheduled classes, meet the coaches, get a tour of the gym, and stay for the WOD (workout of the day)! Our CrossFit 101 program is designed to set you up for success by teaching the basic movements and skills they will need for our traditional WODs. We strongly encourage that new CrossFitters participate in this program. However, seasoned athletes have also benefitted from being "brought back to basics". In each group class you will learn stretching techniques, participate in a warm-up, and receive feedback from the coaches during the WOD that will ensure you are executing proper safety and technique. All workouts can be scaled appropriately, meaning that if there is a movement or weight that you can't perform safely or due to an injury, it will be scaled to another movement or weight that will still challenge you and help you progress to the next level. Our experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff will proactively assist with scaling workouts as needed.
We guarantee with time and commitment you will see results and meet, if not exceed, your fitness goals. We have several programs available to help you achieve those goals. We welcome any experienced CrossFitters to drop-in while they're in the Saraland/Mobile area! Upon arrival, you will need to sign a waiver before the start of the class so please arrive a few minutes early if possible. We ask our drop-ins to purchase a $25 t-shirt. Each additional drop in is $10. If you're in town for an extended period of time, we can work out an affordable rate. We will provide all of the equipment necessary to complete the workout of the day or "WOD". During our workouts, you will have the opportunity to utilize our dual rig system complete with muscle-up rings, multi-height pull-up bars and adjustable squat racks, Our programming will also include the use of rowing machines, stationary bikes, ski ergs, barbells and bumper plates, free weights, kettle bells, jump ropes, ghds, med balls, slam balls, and much more. We also have plenty of equipment to enhance your stretching and mobility work including several Crossover Symmetry systems.
